Through years of experience in creating authentic Thai food internationally, our head chef ; JO THANAWAT, brings with him his special recipes and perfected techniques, that gives Su-Thai its authentic and unique taste of Thailand.
     Our aim is to bring Thai favour, herbs, spices and vegetables from our homeland, mixing with the local quality meat and fish which are sourced locally to create the authentic and unique dishes in our menu. The balance of Thai style flavour such as spicy, sour, sweet and salty kept our cooking unique to all. Moreover, to ensure our customer’ safety and healthy diet, M.S.G is never used in the preparation of any of our dishes.
